Professional Boundaries & Zero-Tolerance Policy

All massage sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic. I provide a safe, respectful environment for every client, and I expect the same in return.

Sexual comments, requests, advances, inappropriate behavior, or requests for sexual services will not be tolerated. Any behavior that crosses professional boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session, with the full scheduled service fee charged to the card on file.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to respect these professional boundaries. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for every client. If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure that the next client’s appointment begins on time. The full session fee will still apply. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether your session can still be accommodated.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice impact our ability to serve other clients. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session. We kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
